Really interesting card, haha! and looks very much alike to its brother Shining "G". both glitters in the middle of some shelves or fridge or whatever you call it.
Effect: You can activate this effect during either player's turn by sending this card from your hand to the graveyard. This turn, each time your opponent special summons a monster(s), draw 1 card. You can only activate "Maxx "C"" once per turn.
The cons:
1. Too bad you have to send it to grave, so macro cosmo and dimension fissure owns you.
2. i dont think it works on chaining to inherent special summons like DAD etc, since they dont use the chain block. but i may be wrong, wait for the official rulings to be out.
The pros:
1. Each time your opponent special summons, notice that it is EACH TIME and not once per turn or once per duel etc. so be glad.
2. Say hi to shura, blizzard, faultroll, kageki etc. side this against dandy deck and you will be surprise by the number of cards drawn. one thing to be sure though, make sure you survive that turn!
3 No more "trendy" effects like once per duel.
anyone notice that card-drawing effect cards are emerging rather quickly?
So this is the crimson dragon's effect in real life, and it is pretty interesting.
Effect: When this card is synchro summoned, if you have less than 4000 life points, your life points become 4000. Any effect damage you would take becomes 0. If this face-up card would be destroyed by your opponent's card (either battle or by card effect), you can remove from play 1 equip card in your graveyard instead.
in a meta that runs so many solemn warning, solemn judgement, seven tools etc, it is a pretty good idea to gain back your life points to 4000.
gigavise deck may find this card rather useful, since you have so many equip cards in grave for you to protect it.
best card to side against chain burn decks, LOL. even better than Blackfeather dragon.haha!
Anyway, i guess this card is rather so-so, except for the life points gain part that is pretty interesting.
I was like OMG when i saw this card!
Effect: Once per turn, you can special summon 1 Level 3 or lower "Tech Genus" tuner monster from your hand.
1. boggart knight like effect for the new "TG" theme.
2. no restrictions on it being needed to "normal summon" unlike boggart knight/ marauding captain.
3. catapult dragon + Jet falcon (as of now) = instant librarian! and you get an additional burning effect.
4. Earth type, giant rat searchable. next turn just normal summon plus a free special summon.and you get an additional werewolf if you have, and that is 3 monsters being summoned in 1 turn. imagine the number of things that you can do with this amount of resource.
5. I just LOVE the "TG" theme TTM!
So this is the decklist after taking into consideration about the gold sarcophagus and zephyros that i had written on.
i removed away the call and desychro for 2 sarcophagus and 1 doppel warrior for zephyros.
main purpose of sarcophagus is to search out trunade of course, and secondly to get any of these 3 that you need to start the combo running: junk synchron, doppel warrior, bulb. essentially it is searching for things that can kick start the combo depending on how the situation is like and what you have in your hand.
And with solemn judgement at 1 now, rarely there can be any cards that can really stops the trunade from coming. that is also why trunade proves to be so good when infernity still dominates in the older format.
reason for taking out desynchro is due to the situational usage most of the time. basically, i couldnt desynchro away the formula that i made with tokens, if not it would be insane! so most of the time its just basically a 1 for 1 card, you desynchro away your monster and you draw 1, thats all.
call proves to be a useful card, since when you call any monster back from grave you can sure special summon your doppel warrior. however, with monster reborn around, it is a slower card to play and not to mention that your gorz might get stuck in your hand.
i keep tuning at 3 because i want my junk synchron to be in my hand fast and also, it helps with the milling and reinforcement can be use solely in searching out doppel warrior.
with the lots of searching (3 tuning, 2 gold sarco, 1 reinforcement), this deck proves to be much faster and powerful.
so, enjoy! D3 v.2!

LADD can be pretty irritating in the frog monarch era, but not so when you know how to get around with it.
and they are so other important rulings other than the commonly known- LADD cannot negate twice in the same chain.
Effect: This card cannot be special summoned. While this card is face-up on the field, its attribute is also treated as DARK. When a spell or trap card is activated, or the effect of an effect monster is activated, that activation is negated and this card loses 500 ATK and DEF. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, select 1 monster in your graveyard. Then destroy all cards you control, and special summon that monster.
rulings from wikia:
1. “light and darkness dragon” cannot negate the activation of the ignition-like effect of continuous or trap cards (“ultimate offering”, etc.) or field spell cards (“ancient city-rainbow ruins”, etc.). “light and darkness dragon's” second effect activates when a Spell or Trap Card is first activated (placed face-up onto the field or flipped face-up).
2. If the effect of a “lightsworn” monster to send cards from the top of your Deck to your Graveyard during the End Phase is negated by the effect of "light and darkness dragon," that “lightsworn” monster’s effect activates again in the same End Phase.
3. When "lyla lightsworn sorceress'" effect is activated, "light and darkness dragon's" effect is chained. Assuming its ATK and DEF are high enough, "light and darkness dragon" will negate "lyla lightsworn sorceress'" effect. Lyla does not shift into Defense Position or destroy the selected Spell/Trap Card. Since " lyla lightsworn sorceress" is in Attack Position, it can activate its again. The process can be repeated until "light and darkness dragon's" ATK and DEF are too low to negate lyla's effect.
morale of story: play a lightsworn deck.LOL. since end phase confirm can reduce LADD ATK until you get to mill. same goes to magical android, wasting your opponent's LADD.
Just curious in knowing how much damage should a player dealt on the first attack before completing the OTK.
Effect: While your life points are higher than your opponent's, this card gains ATK equal to the difference. While your life points are lower than your opponent's, this card loses ATK equal to the difference. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, you can pay 1000 life points to special summon this card.
so, the maths goes like this:
X + X + 2100 = 8000
X = 2950
so your first attack must be equals to or above 2950.haha...just something that i thought of when i was boring.
and just something to highlight, there is a second part to holy ancient wvyern's effect that most people are not aware of. haha!
and if i am not wrong, it should be able to activate during the damamge step. 0.o
