looked through some of the TCG exclusive just now, and super rush recklessly caught my eye. No, no, not that the bull from charge recklessly is giving "heads" to Raiza, but its effect.
Effect: Select 1 face-up beast-type monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls. Destroy your monster, and return the opponent's monster to the deck.
I know that the konami website had posted about this card, and its effect with darksoul and green baboon, but there is something more to this card.
XX-saber galsem works pretty well with this card, since galsem lets you search for any x-saber monsters, providing you with another card searcher other than xx-saber darksoul.
since galsem pairs well with saber slash, it may very well justifies the need to include it in an x-saber deck, less reliant on darksoul as well.
Effect: This card cannot be special summon. This card returns to the owner's hand during the end phase of the turn that this card is normal summoned, flip summoned, or flipped face up. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent's life points, your opponent must discard all cards in his/her hand during the next draw phase before they draw.
i was doing a research the other day about the high level monsters that can potentially fit into a frog deck, other than the usual dark dust spirit etc. until i saw this card!
giving 2 tributes for this monster is not an issue for a frog deck once you had filled the grave with essential materials.
the advantage that this card brings far outweigh the disadvantage brought about by this card. discarding the entire hand is totally devastating. can you imagine your entire hand vanishes into thin air when this guy inflicts battle damage to you?
cold wave serves a good protection, if not giant trunade is even better. giant trunade your opponent, and attack him safely, drops the entire spell & trap! better than heavy storm, since no need to worry about starlight road.
