kinka-byo and legacy of yata-garasu make a perfect pair, especially in terms of draw power.
Legacy of Yata-Garasu / Effect:
Select and activate 1 of these effects:
● Draw 1 card.
● Activate only when a spirit monster is face-up on your opponent's side of the field. draw 2 cards.
● Draw 1 card.
● Activate only when a spirit monster is face-up on your opponent's side of the field. draw 2 cards.
Kinka-byo/ Effect: This card cannot be special summoned. This card returns to its owner's hand during the end phase of the turn it is normal summoned or flipped face-up. When this card is normal summoned or flipped face-up, you can special summon 1 level 1 monster from your graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, remove from play that monster.
Both cards make a good combo:
1. Summons kinka-byo. Revive possible level 1 tuner. Creature swap to your opponent's field.
2. Activate legacy of Yata-Garasu, draw 2.
3. Synchro away your opponent's monster with the tuner you just revived.
beware though to play decks with low ATK monster, as they are vulnerable to DDV. good thing though would be able to play creature swap for you, permanently snatch steal your opponent's monster is cool.

can u see clearly???Legacy Yata-Garasu can draw 2 when the spirit monster is on opponent's field...but now the Kinka-byo is on ur field how to draw 2??
How do you draw 2 from legacy? The card says if your Opponent controls a spirit monster o.O
Legacy of Yata-Garasu requires the Spirit Monster to be on your opponent's side of the field, which means you can't draw 2 unless your Kinka-byo isn't the only Spirit monster on the field.
Updated the post, sorry guys was out of focus these few weeks. still, the potential of kinka-byo and legacy of yata cannot be underestimated. =)
